The "KA-524OF" is a machine that produces filament yarns by splitting raw yarns made from materials such as nylon and polyester into one (monofilament) or several strands. 【Features】 - Suitable for small lot production and a wide variety of monofilament production, including ultra-fine yarns and electrostatic yarns. - Equipped with spindles of 12 bobbins on one side (KA-524 OF) or 16 bobbins on one side (KA-532 OF) (24 or 36 spindles on both sides). - Capable of splitting yarns up to 12 or 16 divisions. - Can split not only FDY but also false twist yarns. - The R side and L side of the machine can be produced under different conditions. - Equipped with yarn length counters on both sides to maintain yarn uniformity. - Winding bobbin size is Φ50×420mm, and it also supports winding onto paper tubes. - Uses an overfeed roller to adjust and stabilize winding tension. *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data from the download. *Factory tours are also available.
